I'm going to Disney World next week. There are six adults taking one toddler, because my niece is really just an excuse for the rest of us to have fun :) You can get FastPass tickets for some rides and shows so you don't have to wait in line and my mom kept asking me what FastPasses I wanted to try and get. - Drive c. 3 hours (or more depending on traffic and how bad the forecasted rain gets) to the Washington DC area. Listen to a BBC radio program (or more than one) on the trip.

I spent the past week plus in Louisville, Kentucky grading for the AP US History exam. For those unfamiliar with the AP, it stands for Advanced Placement and is a high school program. Students in AP classes can take supposedly more rigorous versions of regular high school classes and then take a standard exam and many colleges will give class ( Read more... )

I went up to DC for absolutely no reason this weekend. I had a friend going up for a reason and she was planning on taking the train and getting a hotel room. I cannot seem to get going this morning. I rolled out of bed a little later than usual, but only by maybe 15 or 20 minutes. I didn't get out of the house until about an hour later than my preferred time.
